NEAR Foundation has awarded a $50,000 grant to Lifetise to develop its Fintech Metaverse and help more people globally improve their financial health.
Lifetise is “The Metaverse with a Purpose’. A life simulator where you create the life you want on the platform and Lifetise shows you how to afford it in real life.
Users design their lives: setting financial goals from smaller ones such as buying a new phone or a scooter, through to bigger goals like saving for college or an apartment. Lifetise calculates affordability and how long it will take based on your current financial situation, plus how much quicker you can achieve it following Lifetise’s step-by-step action plans.
This grant enables Lifetise to accelerate its multi-chain strategy and fulfil its ambition to bring millions of mass-market consumers onto the blockchain.
For the Lifetise team, NEAR’s unlimited scalability, proof sharding architecture, Aurora EVM and supportive and fast-growing ecosystem makes it an attractive L1 proposition.

The grant will be used to define the architecture and technology stack for Lifetise on NEAR.
